22.01.2008 10:01 Auto - Source: Auto Express

Classified advertJargon such as this – it stands for Anti-lock Braking System – along with ESP and even bhp baffles many car buyers, according to classifieds website Motors.co.uk. Nearly half of the 2,500 drivers it polled were unsure of the term ESP (Electronic Stability Program), while a quarter didn’t know bhp stood for brake horsepower.
